Omari Douglin

Bio
Omari Douglin received his BFA from Cooper Union and is a 2019 MFA Candidate at Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts, Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY. Douglin recently completed a residency at the Macedonian Institute, Chatham, NY; as well as Pat’s, Albuquerque, NM; and Hoy Hoy Residency, Mount Tremper, NY. He has been included in group exhibitions at, Motel Gallery, Brooklyn; LAUNCH F18, Marinaro, New York; and Mrs., Maspeth, NY. He was also awarded The Toni And David Yarnell Merit Award Of Excellence In Art in 2015. His second solo exhibition with the gallery titled ‘Gluteus Maximus’ was presented at Mrs. in 2019. Douglin lives and works in Kingston, NY.
