Bio
Nickola Pottinger received a BFA from the Cooper Union in 2008. She has most recently exhibited her work in "The 2021 Triennial: Soft Water Hard Stone" at The New Museum in New York, NY; Parker Gallery in Los Angeles, CA; The University of Arts in Philadelphia, PA; St. Charles Project in Baltimore, MD; Mild Climate in Tennessee; and Spring Break, Deli Gallery and Ortega y Gasset Projects in New York. She was nominated twice for The Rema Hort Mann Emerging Artist Grant. Pottinger is a co-director of the artist run space, Ortega y Gasset Projects in Brooklyn. Her work has been written about in Contemporary Art Daily, Hyperallergic, and Epoch Times. She lives and works in Crown Heights.
