Be strong/ be weak. Cry, it’s tuff. Every day we make silly little choices around who we wanna be/self-determination sets us free. In the face of rollbacks on liberties… a contribution to Benefit for Brigid Alliance. Kayla Quan (she/they) has roots in California's Bay Area. She received her B.A in Community Studies and Art at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master in Social Work at Hunter College. By day, they are a counselor for LGBTQIA+ youth. By night, you can find them making hand-drawn custom clothing, paintings, or scribbles on paper in their home in Ridgewood, Queens.
