Eli Hill

Bio
Eli Hill is an artist and writer based in New York. They are a graduate of The Cooper Union, where they received a full-tuition scholarship, and are currently completing their MFA at Rutgers University, where they are receiving a full-coverage fellowship. They were a participant at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 2019. Their solo-exhibition with ZH Projects is forthcoming in January of 2020, and their work has been exhibited in group exhibitions at The Miami Art Museum, 41 Cooper Gallery, and 56 HENRY. In 2018, they penned the title essay for Ceysson & Bénétière’s publication, ORLAN before ORLAN. Their writing on contemporary art and artist books has been featured in Art in America, Artsy, See All This, The Brooklyn Rail, and The Hoosac Institute.
